22nd Sunday After Trinity: (0) Fool

The (0) Fool returns after completing his journey through the 21 arcanae, abounding more and more in wisdom and judgement, in a spirit of compassion for others and forgiveness of them, and the open hearted acceptance of Life as a little child.

The Collect

Lord, we beseech thee to keep thy household the Church in continual godliness; that through thy protection it may be free from all adversities, and devoutly given to serve thee in good works, to the glory of thy Name; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Genesis 1: 27

New Testament Reading

And this I pray, that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ; being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.

Philippians 1: 9-11

Liturgical Affirmation

Ego sum lux mundi. Quisquis non receperit regnum Dei velut parvulus, non intrabit in illud.

I am the light of the world. Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall not enter therein.
