Thus the (0) Fool re-emerges from the gates of (13) Death suggesting that the whole cycle that leads from the (1) Magician to the (21) World is to start again, under the double blessing of the (5) Pope as if he has discovered with Dame Julian of Norwich that,
God loved us before he made us; and his love has never diminished and never shall… And all shall be well. And all shall be well. And all manner of things shall be exceeding well.
