The Ten of Rods suggests the completion of a cycle of labour and the gathering in of the crop, which in this case is a bundle of wands or rods. It is an apposite arcana for this, the Tenth Week after Trinity, which is dedicated to the arcana of the (10) Wheel of Fortune and which, this year, is also the week that sees the pouring out of the old moon, and the beginning of a new lunar cycle on Friday as the month of August draws to a close. This week I suggest that your focus be on working to bring any outstanding summer projects to a fruitful conclusion
